Finessa orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-3 days after purchase. Once fulfillment is complete, the buyer receives a shipping confirmation email with a tracking ID and a link for checking the package's progress.
Estimated U.S. delivery is 5-7 business days after fulfillment, although it can take up to 10 business days. International delivery is estimated at 10-12 business days after fulfillment. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates; carrier conditions, destination, and customs may affect timing.
Shipping charges are shown with the selected package and in the order summary. The displayed six-bottle package includes free shipping. The displayed one- and three-bottle package terms should be read at checkout, and international shipping fees can vary. International customers may also be charged import duties or taxes by their country. Those government charges are outside the seller's control.
If the shipping address is incorrect, email support@myfinessa.com as soon as possible. An address can be changed only if the warehouse has not already sent the package. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment; an unwanted shipped order must follow the return and refund procedure.
Keep the order and shipping emails until delivery is complete. For missing tracking, an address issue, or an order that has not arrived within a reasonable period, contact support with the purchaser's name, order email, and order number.
